Ongoing support is provided to monitor employment conditions and ensure continued compliance with applicable regulations, including periodic interviews with both the worker and the receiving organization(特定技能所属機関), as well as preparation of required reports in accordance with the operational guidelines of the Immigration Services Agency of Japan(出入国在留管理庁).
Support also includes assistance with job transition procedures in cases of unavoidable employment termination not attributable to the worker, as well as support for departure arrangements where necessary.
