OUR SERVICES
Philippine Documentation and Apostille Support
Dedicated support is provided in the acquisition of Philippine-issued documents, including PSA civil registry records (Birth, Marriage, CENOMAR, and related records), NBI Clearance, court records, and other documents required for administrative procedures, together with facilitation of Apostille and e-Apostille through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), where applicable.
LTO Certification and Apostille Support
Assistance in the acquisition of Philippine LTO certifications, driving records, and travel records, as well as renewal of LTO driver’s licenses, together with facilitation of Apostille through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Translation Services
Translation of PSA and other official documents from Japan and the Philippines (English–Japanese / Japanese–English), including Certificates of Employment (COE), contracts, and various personal and government-issued records.
SPA Notarization and Apostille Support
Preparation of Special Powers of Attorney (SPA), affidavits, and other legal documents, together with assistance in notarization before a Notary Public and facilitation of Apostille through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Japan, where applicable.
DMW-MWO Verification and Registration Support
Assistance in the application and preparation of documentation for the verification of employment contracts of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Japan with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) through the Migrant Workers Office (MWO), including accreditation of Japanese companies and Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA) affiliations.
Japanese Documentation and Apostille Support
Assistance in obtaining and translating Japanese documents, including Koseki Tohon, Kekkon/Rikon Todoke, and Kisai Jikou Shomeisho, together with assistance in notarization before a Notary Public and facilitation of Apostille through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Japan, where applicable.
