Employment Compliance and Workforce Stability
Employment of Filipino nationals in Japan is governed by regulatory frameworks in both Japan and the Philippines. Due to this dual regulatory structure, comprehensive verification of applicable requirements, contractual provisions, and related obligations may present practical difficulties, which can result in compliance gaps during the course of employment. Where employment terms are not clearly communicated prior to contract execution, misalignment of expectations may arise. Our role is to support both employers and Filipino workers in the preparation and organization of documentation required for verification by the Migrant Workers Office（MWO / 在日フィリピン移住労働者事務所）and subsequent processing with the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers（フィリピン共和国 移住労働者省 / DMW）. We assist in ensuring that documentation is properly prepared, accurate, and aligned with the requirements of the Immigration Services Agency of Japan（出入国在留管理庁）and applicable Philippine regulations.
